1. Analysis of needs
Together with you, we will produce a job specification to be able to recruit as precisely as possible within our job network. How many employees do you require? Are there any time constraints? What requirements do you have in terms of qualification and expertise? All of the details relevant to the job are clarified in advance with STUDITEMPS to ensure a smooth, problem-free placement of staff.

2. Recruitment
The job specification is the basis for our search for suitable applicants. We advertise online using our job network, begin telephone enquiries via our database of 200,000 registered students and send out targeted job e-mails to promising candidates. From there, all applications are passed to the responsible recruitment consultants and an initial selection is made.

3. Interview
The first interview is conducted by our recruitment consultants. Once we have spoken to all the applicants, we will contact you and give you feedback. You can then meet the applicants who meet your requirements best of all, if you wish. Of course, you alone, make the final decision about whether we can provide you with students or not.

4. Appointment
As soon as you have decided on your favourites, your future employees will sign an employment contract with us. That means that we, as the employer, will be responsible for all salary payments, insurance contributions and administration steps. If need be, your employees can also be given an introductory course by us to guarantee that there are no unnecessary questions from the start during their employment in your company. 5. In-the-job service
Throughout the employment process, our recruitment consultants generally have continuous contact with the manpower provided by STUDITEMPS and also with you, if required. Should there be any unanswered questions or even problems in the course of the employment, we will clarify these simply and directly. Our in-house service may be of interest to you in this respect.
